This high-quality meatball production line is specifically engineered for large-scale meatball manufacturing. It provides a comprehensive solution for boiling and cooling various types of meatballs, including pork balls, fish balls, and vegetable balls.

Temperature Control & Precision:
The molding groove and cooking tank utilize water heated via steam pipes. Temperature is precisely managed through a steam converter equipped with high-temperature and pressure valves. The forming tank maintains a temperature of approximately 75°C, while the cooking trough reaches 90°C.

Water flow in the forming tank is driven by a hot water circulation pump. Meatballs transition from the machine into the water at the end of the molding groove. The flow speed is carefully regulated via control valves to ensure the meatballs achieve the desired shape and consistency.

For fish balls, a digester tank is used for further cooking, followed by movement to the cooking groove via a dial plate. Different meatball varieties, such as pork balls, require specific cooking times, which are controlled by adjusting the dial plate speed.

Finally, meatballs are transferred via chain transmission to the cooling tank for rapid temperature reduction. This open-system tank utilizes cold water inflow and hot water overflow to maintain a consistent temperature between 20°C and 25°C.
